Santa Shop gives students the opportunity to buy gifts for family and friends for the holidays. Prices may range from under $1 to $20 with the majority of items costing $1.00 - $6.00.

Griggs Christmas Lunch
Christmas lunch will be on Thursday, December 11, 2025, for
Pre-K, K-2nd, Javillonar's, & Perryman's classes ONLY and their PRE-REGISTERED VISITORS.
Please, NO outside food.
All other grades (3rd-5th grade classes) will have Christmas lunch in their classrooms (No visitors).
Adult visitor price is $6.00. Please pre-pay cash (correct change) or checks made payable to Griggs no later than 12/8/25.
Please send money and form in with your student.
Only 4 visitors per student. Sorry, we cannot pull siblings.
Parents will park on the asphalt by the gym. Then, proceed to the covered picnic area to sign in. You will meet your student in the main hallway.

“Warm & Cozy Winter Day!”
What to Wear: Come to school in winter gear: flannels, warm scarves, beanies, fuzzy socks, mittens (not worn in class), or cozy sweaters. Keep it comfy and wintery! Uniform bottoms and shoes. No hoodies.

“Holly Jolly Pajama Day!”
What to Wear: Wear school-appropriate Christmas or winter pajamas. Fleece PJ pants, festive tops, and stuffed animals for morning drop-off pictures. No slippers, uniform shoes.

Parents are welcome to attend.
No other MCPSS students are allowed to attend.
No money will be accepted after October 27th.
After October 27th, wristbands and tickets will need to be purchased at the festival.
Only students that are school aged need to purchase a wristband. Parents and siblings younger than 4 years old do not need to purchase a wristband.

Students that donate will receive an out-of-uniform pass to use on November 4th.

Parents & Guardians will park in the back of the school in the designated area.
All visitors will sign in near the back of the gym. Then, proceed to the grade level meeting area. Please use the attached map to find the meeting location.
You will sign your child out with their teacher for the picnic. At the end of the picnic, you will sign your child back in with their teacher. Early dismissals will be handled by your child‘s teacher.
Report cards will be handed out by your child’s teacher during the signing out process.
Kona Ice will be set up.
